This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

  • To improve customer service. Your information helps me to more effectively respond to your requests and support needs.
  • To process transactions as requested by you.
  • To send periodic emails. If you sign up to my email list, you will receive emails from me with news and offers
  • I will use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order unless I am bound by the law to do so- eg for HMRC.

Like most websites, my website did once use Google Analytics. I never used it, although i’m sure google did. i’ve switched it off i hope, but could never be entirely sure, so just in case i didn’t, …this tool collects information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. I am not interested in any of this. i want things as simple as possible.
